Що робити
- Manage and grow the recruitment team of 5 — support, mentor, and build a result-driven culture
- Improve speed of closing across the team — this is a key priority, and you’ll own the metrics and the process changes that drive it
- Personally take on hard-to-fill and complex roles, finding non-standard solutions and driving them to closing
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders (Hiring Managers, Clients, Delivery, Sales) to understand hiring needs and urgency
- Keep close communication with Hiring Managers and drive a culture of partnership across the team; you won’t be alone, other teams support you
Що очікуємо
- 5+ years in IT full-cycle recruitment
- 2+ years leading a recruitment team of 5-10 people
- Experience leading recruitment in medium-sized service/IT companies (200+ employees)
- Proven track record hiring in international markets (Balkans, Europe, LATAM) alongside the Ukrainian market
- A track record of closing complex, hard-to-fill roles — not just through sourcing, but by finding non-standard solutions, taking ownership, and driving them to a result
