Що очікуємо
- 6+ months of experience at product IT companies in product, analytics, user acquisition, or creative marketing; or 1+ year at an FMCG companies in brand management, marketing, or analytics.
- Strong problem-solving skills — you can get to the root cause, break it into parts, and land on the best solution.
- A proactive mindset and the drive to take ownership.
- Solid analytical skills: confident understanding of growth metrics (CR, ARPU, CAC, LTV) and basic proficiency with analytics tools.
- Upper-intermediate (B2) or higher proficiency in English.
