Що робити

Entering and maintaining financial data in our internal administrative system, preparing payment requests, and generating payment schedules and payment registers.
Updating P&L reports, analyzing financial data, preparing acceptance reports (acts of completed work) and travel sheets.
Posting bank statements, recording accounting entries, and processing financial transactions in the accounting software Xero.
Working with tables in Excel and Google Sheets, including data entry, reconciliation, and creating PivotTables.
Assisting in the preparation of financial documents, registers, breakdowns, and forecasts.

Що очікуємо

At least 1 year of experience as a Junior Financial Specialist or in a similar role, such as Finance Assistant, Finance Coordinator, Financial Operations Assistant, or Assistant Finance Officer.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
Intermediate level proficiency in English.
Strong attention to detail, discipline, organizational skills, and flexibility.
