Що робити
- Project Ownership: Support and gradually take full ownership of Shopify design and development projects as you master the agency’s workflow.
- Client Relations: Start by shadowing client calls and managing daily updates, eventually growing into the primary point of contact for a portfolio of international brands.
- Team Coordination: Support coordination between design, development, and QA teams to help keep everyone aligned.
- Quality Assurance: Support QA by reviewing features from a “client perspective” before delivery.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain project briefs, timelines, and status updates.
Що очікуємо
- Experience: 0–2 years in project coordination, account management, or a digital agency environment.
- Communication: Good written and verbal English skills (B2 level). You can explain “the why” behind a technical decision to a non-technical client.
- Adaptability: A “figure-it-out” mindset. You’re comfortable navigating a an agency environment.
- E-commerce Interest: A basic understanding of the e-commerce landscape and/or the Shopify ecosystem.
- Organization: Strong time management skills with a high level of attention to detail.
