Junior E-commerce Project Manager (Shopify)

Project Ownership: Support and gradually take full ownership of Shopify design and development projects as you master the agency’s workflow.
Client Relations: Start by shadowing client calls and managing daily updates, eventually growing into the primary point of contact for a portfolio of international brands.
Team Coordination: Support coordination between design, development, and QA teams to help keep everyone aligned.
Quality Assurance: Support QA by reviewing features from a “client perspective” before delivery.
Documentation: Prepare and maintain project briefs, timelines, and status updates.

Experience: 0–2 years in project coordination, account management, or a digital agency environment.
Communication: Good written and verbal English skills (B2 level). You can explain "the why" behind a technical decision to a non-technical client.
Adaptability: A "figure-it-out" mindset. You’re comfortable navigating a an agency environment.
E-commerce Interest: A basic understanding of the e-commerce landscape and/or the Shopify ecosystem.
Organization: Strong time management skills with a high level of attention to detail.

Work-Life Balance: 40-hour work week with a flexible start window (8:00 – 10:00 AM).
Time Off: 20 working days of paid vacation and 12 paid sick days per year after successful completion of the probation period, provided on a pro-rata basis, plus all public holidays.
Flexibility: Remote with the option to work from our headquarter in Zaporizhzhia.
