AI-Assisted Video Production: Generate, refine, and integrate AI video, voice, and image assets into high-converting video ads for Facebook, TikTok, Google, and other digital platforms.
Smart Iteration & Scaling: Adapt, version, and optimize creative concepts based on performance data and platform-specific trends (hook, pacing, platform native feel).
Asset Assembly & Motion: Assemble final creatives using modern workflows — focusing on strong narrative pacing, dynamic text layouts, and clean compositing.
Collaborative Brainstorming: Contribute ideas for new ad angles, concepts, and technical approaches to video testing.
Continuous Learning: Keep up with the latest updates in AI video tools, motion techniques, and performance marketing trends to keep our production pipeline ahead of the curve.

A portfolio showcasing motion work, video editing skills, and a solid understanding of visual pacing, typography, and contrast.
Practical knowledge of Adobe After Effects (working with keys, shapes, masks, and basic expressions).
Experience with Figma (navigating source files, exporting assets, and understanding design layouts).
An open-minded approach to feedback: you see data insights and team critiques as a roadmap to making higher-performing creatives.
Highly organized, eager to learn, and ready to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
