Job Summary:
This entry-level role sits where data analysis meets client onboarding. Every new client’s account is built on data — carrier details, account numbers, invoice history, allocation rules, financial periods. You collect that data, validate it, map it correctly, and flag what doesn’t add up before it becomes the client’s problem.
You’ll partner with the Client Onboarding Manager on the data and systems side, working in spreadsheets, portals, and ServiceNow to make sure the client’s launch is accurate from day one. This role that teaches you data analysis, IT financial management, and ServiceNow from the inside. People who do this well move into data analyst, onboarding management, or financial operations roles at brightfin.
What you’ll do:
Collect and validate carrier and provider data, account numbers, and portal access before it goes live in a client’s account
Track invoice conversion, credential logging, and mail redirection
Configure allocation, audit, and reconciliation rules, plus financial periods and accruals
Work with the Invoice Team on invoice uploads, audit and reconciliation, and data validation
Analyze and help present optimization results, and support fulfillment and catalog configuration
Draft letters of authorization and coordinate signatures between parties
Sit in on implementation and service deployment discussions across ServiceDesk, logistics, and third-party services
Take part in customer UAT and go-live readiness sign-off, and document the processes your team builds
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
Strong spoken and written English
ServiceNow experience a plus
Strong attention to detail and follow-through on deadline-driven work
Strong written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams
A problem-solving mindset — when data doesn’t map cleanly, you dig in
