• Further development, configuration and operation of a Jira Service Management / service desk solution with a connected database for hardware management
• Design and implementation of service processes and workflows in Jira (service/request types, form extensions, automations, SLAs, queues)
• Jira administration: projects, workflows, permission and notification schemes, service types; Atlassian Cloud site & user management
• Maintenance and further development of Jira Assets (asset/CMDB database) incl. reference configurations and data quality management
• Building reporting structures (dashboards, sprint reports) in Jira and Confluence
