IT Support Specialist (Wrocław, on-site)

Що робити

  • Provide first-level contact and technical support for all incoming user requests and issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical hardware and software incidents, both remotely and in person, to ensure minimal disruption to business operations
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, mobile devices, printers, and other peripherals in accordance with company standards
  • Assist with the IT onboarding process for new hires, ensuring their equipment and accounts are set up and functional from day one
  • Establish communication with delivery suppliers to arrange for the delivery of equipment

Що очікуємо

  • Proficiency in troubleshooting macOS, Windows, and Linux operating systems
  • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi)
  • Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, and peripherals
  • Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) and ticketing systems
  • Proficiency in using the service desk (Freshservice)
