Що робити
- Providing first-line technical support to employees and handling incoming IT requests and incidents
- Troubleshooting hardware, software, operating system, and network connectivity issues across macOS, Windows, and Linux environments
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining computers, mobile devices, printers, and other IT equipment
- Managing user accounts, access rights, and permissions across company systems
- Performing IT onboarding and offboarding activities, including equipment preparation and account configuration
Що очікуємо
- Practical experience troubleshooting and supporting macOS, Windows, and Linux workstations, along with related hardware and peripherals
- Solid understanding of core networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi) and basic endpoint security practices
- Hands-on familiarity with ticketing systems (ITSM) and day-to-day user account and access management
- Strong, empathetic communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical colleagues
- High ownership and structured problem-solving, with the ability to prioritize tasks and see issues through to full resolution
