Що робити
- Make outbound calls and acquire new customers.
- Introduce customers to current promotions, bonuses, and special offers.
- Handle objections, negotiate, and close sales.
- Build long-term customer relationships and drive repeat purchases.
- Meet individual sales targets and KPIs.
Що очікуємо
- 1+ year of sales experience (B2C, telesales, outbound sales, or similar).
- English proficiency at C2 level.
- Russian proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Confidence in phone conversations and objection handling.
Що пропонуємо
- $3,000 fixed monthly salary + performance-based bonuses.
- Potential earnings of up to $60,000/year.
- Fully remote work.
- Monday–Friday, 12:00–21:00 (UTC−5).
- Three 15-minute breaks and a 30-minute lunch
