IT Support Specialist

Що робити

System Support: Maintain IT systems, provide user assistance, and prepare new hardware/equipment for operation;
Account Management: Manage and administer user accounts within internal information systems;
Hardware Maintenance: Maintain, connect, and configure office equipment and computers (including printers, laptops, TVs, projectors, and video cameras); monitor and manage IT consumables;
Hardware Service: Perform minor equipment repairs and laptop maintenance (where applicable);
Documentation & Reporting: Participate in drafting technical guidelines, managing documentation, and maintaining internal IT asset registers;

Education: Higher education or currently pursuing a degree (students are welcome to apply);
Experience: 1+ years of experience in a similar IT support or helpdesk role;
Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with multimedia equipment (projectors, mixing consoles, microphones, etc.) and online streaming/broadcasting software;
Language Proficiency: English proficiency at an A2+ level or higher;
Advantages: Prior experience in organizing and supporting large-scale online and offline events will be a strong plus;
