We are an Israeli product company with over 10 years of experience in developing our own products. Our team is actively growing, so we are expanding our recruitment function and are looking for an IT Sourcer / Junior IT Recruiter.
We are open to considering candidates with limited experience in IT recruitment or those who have completed relevant professional courses. What matters most to us is practical sourcing skills, the ability to find relevant candidates, and experience working with different sourcing channels.
For our part, we offer quality mentorship, the opportunity to work with modern IT roles, and the possibility to gradually develop towards a Recruiter role. Full-time, remote work.
What you will be doing:
Working closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers on open positions.
Independently sourcing candidates using Boolean/X-Ray Search, LinkedIn, GitHub, Behance, job portals, and other sources.
Reviewing candidate profiles and CVs to assess their fit for job requirements.
Building and maintaining a candidate database and talent pool for future hiring needs.
Managing incoming applications and conducting initial candidate screening.
Maintaining communication with candidates at different stages of the recruitment process.
Assisting with interview scheduling and coordination.
Tracking key sourcing/recruitment metrics.
Contributing to the improvement of sourcing processes and Candidate Experience.
What we are looking for:
Practical IT sourcing skills and the ability to quickly identify relevant candidates.
Knowledge of Boolean/X-Ray Search and key sourcing tools.
Basic understanding of IT roles and technical terminology.
Ability to analyze CVs and match candidates’ experience with job requirements.
Strong written communication skills.
Attention to detail, responsibility, and the ability to work with large amounts of information.
Independence and the ability to prioritize tasks.
Readiness for approximately 60% of daily tasks to be routine and repetitive.
English level: Intermediate+.
