Що робити
- Full-cycle recruitment: from job analysis to the candidate’s start date;
- Sourcing and selecting candidates for current clients’ requests;
- Processing lead-gen requests and quickly sourcing relevant candidates;
- Conducting initial interviews, assessing candidates’ hard and soft skills;
- Maintaining the candidate database and vacancy reporting (ATS/CRM);

- sourcing for current clients: fulfilling active requests from the company’s existing clients;
- sourcing for lead-gen requests: processing inbound requests from the lead generation team and quickly sourcing relevant candidates for them.
Що пропонуємо
- Verifiable facts and reporting on results of your own sourcing at a previous company;
- AI tools in your stack, or hands-on experience implementing AI tools in your work;
- Official training certificates or completed courses;
- Experience with lead generation or sales in IT;
- English at B1+ or B2 level;
