Що робити
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for AdNetwork specialists (Demand, Supply, Optimization, RTB, Product and IT specialists etc.).
- Build market maps and identify target teams and donor companies.
- Source candidates through personal professional network, LinkedIn, Telegram, professional communities, conferences, and other channels to build a strong talent pipeline supporting team scaling.
- Engage passive candidates: initiate first contact, uncover motivation, handle objections and counteroffers.
- Assess candidates’ professional competencies, relevant experience, and overall fit for the role.
Що очікуємо
- 2+ years of experience hiring in recruiting in AdNetwork/Affiliate field.
- Strong industry network and an actively maintained candidate pool, with up-to-date market and competitor awareness.
- Proven experience in direct headhunting and working with passive candidates.
- Skilled in market mapping and identifying donor companies/teams to source from.
- Strong sourcing and hunting skills — able to find candidates who can’t be located with a single LinkedIn search.
