- Contracts & agreements: drafting, reviewing, and supporting contracts with clients and vendors in an international context.
- HR legal support: preparing and maintaining employment agreements, handling HR-related legal matters.
- Claims & disputes: drafting claim letters, supporting dispute resolution and legal proceedings.
- International projects: providing legal advice on company incorporation abroad, understanding the specifics of various jurisdictions.
- Business legal support: ensuring the company’s operations comply with international regulations and requirements.
Що очікуємо
- 5+ years of professional experience in international law.
- Proven track record in drafting and negotiating B2B contracts (clients, vendors).
- Strong knowledge of international jurisdictions and corporate law. Especially UK , US jurisdictions.
- Ability to manage legal processes independently from start to finish.
- English — Fluent (C1).
