- Support presales discovery activities and preparation of analysis artifacts under guidance of Senior Business Analysts
- Participate in Discovery activities, including requirements gathering, workshops, and documentation preparation
- Elicit, analyze, validate, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement clarification sessions
- Create and maintain functional documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, diagrams, flowcharts, and data mappings
Що очікуємо
- At least 3 years of proven experience as a business analyst, with solid understanding of SDLC and agile practices
- Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile practices, and product delivery lifecycle
- Skilled in requirements elicitation, analysis, prioritization, and validation, using techniques such as user story mapping, INVEST, PIE, MoSCoW, workshops, process modeling, and prototyping
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with proven ability to engage both technical and business audiences and facilitate requirement validation sessions
- Strong prioritization skills — able to assess and sequence requirements, tasks, and deliverables effectively to meet goals
