Що робити
- Build, lead, and mentor a client-facing integration team from scratch.
- Take a leading role in hiring and onboarding new team members.
- Plan team resources and manage integration projects according to company priorities.
- Establish efficient workflows, processes, and best practices for the integration function.
- Oversee the maintenance of technical and business documentation related to client integrations.
Що очікуємо
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with integrations within the iGaming industry.
- 2+ years of experience managing a client-facing team, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of client and partner integration processes.
- Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and related practices.
- Strong project management and resource planning skills.
