Hands-on experience with creator/influencer outreach — sourcing, negotiating terms, and managing contracts.
Proven experience in executing influencer campaigns and driving measurable results on Instagram and TikTok, with a solid understanding of performance marketing metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills for effective collaboration with creators and internal teams.
Deep understanding of either the fitness & wellness space (workouts, routines, product usage) or fashion & styling (visual storytelling, aesthetics).
