- Ambassador Program (50%)
- Build and scale Luminar’s Ambassador Program from existing users and community members.
- Identify loyal users, photographers, and creators who could become long-term brand advocates.
- Develop ambassador onboarding, communication, activation, and retention processes.
- Maintain regular relationships and communication with ambassadors.
Що очікуємо
- 1–4 years of experience building or supporting ambassador programs, creator communities, or advocacy initiatives for consumer brands, tech products, SaaS, apps, or creative tools.
- Hands-on experience working with influencers, creators, photographers, educators, or online communities across Instagram, TikTok or similar platforms.
- Understanding of influencer marketing workflows including creator sourcing, outreach, onboarding, relationship management, campaign coordination, and performance tracking.
- Experience working with creators and influencers across US and European markets, with understanding of local creator ecosystems, communication styles, and cultural nuances.
- Ability to build long-term creator relationships and community trust, not only transactional sponsorship campaigns.
