- Manage full-cycle recruitment, from vacancy intake to hiring.
- Plan recruitment and conduct interviews.
- Manage the Recruiter and monitor hiring results.
- Develop the ATS, recruitment funnel, and candidate evaluation process.
- Organise onboarding and probation reviews.
Що очікуємо
- 4+ years of experience as an HR Manager, HR Generalist, or in a similar role.
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment and onboarding.
- Experience building or improving HR processes.
- Understanding of performance management, compensation, and HR budgeting.
- Experience with ATS, HRIS, and HR analytics.
