• Ensure a positive employee experience across the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, development, internal mobility, and offboarding.
• Act as a strategic partner to managers and leaders, supporting team effectiveness, leadership development, and people-related decision-making.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives, identify retention risks, and implement actions to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
• Support performance management processes, talent development, performance reviews, and individual development planning (PDPs).
• Manage employee relations cases, resolve complex people-related situations, and mitigate organizational risks.
