We’re looking for an HR People Partner who enjoys working with teams, supporting managers, and making everyday processes clearer and easier to navigate. You’ll work closely with our founders and team leads, helping Betario grow while making sure our people have the support they need along the way.
What you’ll do:
Work with founders and team leads on people-related questions and plans.
Help make the employee journey thoughtful and easy to navigate, from onboarding to offboarding.
Be a go-to person for managers who need support with feedback, performance, compensation, or team matters.
Help teams plan for growth, shape roles, and support people’s development.
Bring ideas that make work at Betario more engaging and supportive.
Keep our HR policies, processes, and tools clear and up to date.
You might be a great fit if you:
Have 4+ years of experience in HR, ideally as an HRBP, People Partner, or HR Manager.
Have worked across different HR areas and feel comfortable taking ownership of a broad scope.
Understand the key moments in an employee’s journey and what support can make them easier.
Enjoy building trusting relationships with leaders, managers, and teammates.
Communicate clearly, stay organized, and know how to set priorities.
Take a practical approach and keep both people and business needs in mind.
Experience in IT, iGaming, tech, or another fast-moving environment would be a plus.
