HR Operations Specialist

• 3+ years of experience in HR Operations, People Operations, or a similar role.
• Strong hands-on experience with onboarding, offboarding, probation, employee changes, and day-to-day HR support.
• Experience running employee 1:1s, supporting managers, and handling sensitive employee situations with good judgment.
• Confidence working with HRIS, employee data, payroll inputs, and HR documentation.
• Experience improving existing HR processes or building new ones from scratch.
