Що робити
- Support employees throughout their entire journey with the company, from onboarding to offboarding.
- Conduct regular 1:1 meetings, gather feedback, and maintain a high level of employee engagement.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Ensure HR documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Monitor key HR metrics, including project profitability (margin) and other internal performance indicators.
Що очікуємо
- 3+ years of experience as an HR Manager.
- Previous experience in an IT outsourcing and/or outstaffing company is a must.
- Upper-Intermediate (B2) English or higher.
- Hands-on experience with onboarding, offboarding, employee engagement, and performance management.
- Understanding of HR metrics and experience working with HR analytics.
