Що робити
- Drive the end-to-end employee lifecycle for assigned teams, including onboarding, adaptation, regular 1-on-1 meetings, ongoing employee support, performance review coordination, personal development planning, and offboarding
- Manage and maintain company benefits, including health insurance, bonus-related requests, employee queries, provider communications, and related administration
- Act as a trusted point of contact for team leads and managers, addressing team health, potential risks, and operational requests
- Organize and coordinate team-building activities and internal initiatives that foster team bonding for your assigned teams
- Continuously assess internal HR processes and propose practical enhancements to keep workflows smooth and effective
Що очікуємо
- At least 2 years of experience in HR, Administration, or other people-related roles
- Strong capability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously without losing track of deadlines or details
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Confident presentation skills
