- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, adaptation and offboarding.
- Maintain HR documentation, employee records and internal databases.
- Coordinate vacations, sick leaves and other HR operations.
- Develop and improve internal HR policies, procedures and processes.
- Coordinate Performance & Compensation Reviews, goal-setting and employee development initiatives.
Що очікуємо
- 2+ years of experience as an HR Generalist, HR Manager or in a similar role.
- Hands-on experience managing the full employee lifecycle.
- Experience developing and implementing HR policies and internal processes.
- Good understanding of performance management, employee engagement and retention practices.
- Experience working with international and distributed teams.
