- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing and screening through to interviews, offers and onboarding.
- Recruit across marketing, media, creator marketing, sales, client services and leadership roles.
- Actively headhunt and build pipelines for senior and hard-to-fill positions.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of marketing, media and creator economy talent.
- Improve recruitment processes, interview structures and candidate experience.
Що очікуємо
- 5+ years of experience in HR, HR management and/or talent acquisition.
- Strong experience recruiting for marketing, media, advertising, creator/influencer marketing or similar industries.
- Experience headhunting and hiring senior management and leadership-level talent.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and current recruitment trends.
- Experience managing recruitment from sourcing through to offer and onboarding.
