- Organisational design and workforce planning.
- Establish a unified organisational structure: levels, grading, role titles, job architecture.
- Own workforce planning together with business line leaders.
- Analyze payroll cost by function, benchmark against market and manage its share of total cost.
- Design and implement the group incentive framework, including the redesign of commercial and sales bonus schemes.
Що очікуємо
- We are looking for someone who has already modernised a legacy HR function in a comparable organisation — and who works at pace. We expect visible, measurable change within the first two quarters, not a twelve-month discovery exercise.
Що пропонуємо
- Financial services, retail network, telecom or another business with a distributed footprint and large frontline population
- Experience supporting entry into new jurisdictions
- Experience integrating or consolidating HR functions after restructuring
