Що робити
- Managing the full employee lifecycle;
- Act as a strategic partner to the CEO on business development and organizational matters;
- Support managers with project and people management challenges;
- Drive and promote the Company values and HR brand;
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, eNPS/ESS);
Що очікуємо
- 3+ years of experience as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner;
- Prior experience in IT outsourcing/outstaffing companies is a must;
- Hands-on experience with business-related tasks: participating in org design, headcount planning, or working directly with business stakeholders;
- Strong understanding of all stages of the employee lifecycle;
- Proven track record of launching HR projects from scratch (culture initiatives, performance reviews, values frameworks, etc.);
