Що робити

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle for 50+ team members (onboarding, adaptation, performance reviews, salary reviews, offboarding).
  • Act as a proactive partner for managers and leads: conduct regular 1:1s, support team management, performance evaluation, leadership development, and conflict resolution.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance across the organization.
  • Work with HR analytics: collect and analyze data on key metrics, formulate hypotheses, and build dashboards.
  • Leverage AI tools in your daily workflow: automate routine processes, handle analytics, draft documents, and generate reports.

Що очікуємо

  • 3+ years of experience in HR, with at least 1 year as an HRBP or in a role with a similar level of responsibility.
  • Solid understanding of the full employee lifecycle and a proven track record of optimizing HR processes.
  • Experience working with HRIS (PeopleForce, BambooHR, Zoho People, or similar) and ATS.
  • Hands-on HR analytics skills: experience with metrics, data handling, and reporting.
  • Active use of AI in your workflow (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar) and a readiness to integrate AI into HR processes.
