We are looking for a Business Operations Specialist to work directly with the founder of an AI-powered sales and lead generation business.
This role is focused on supporting daily operations across research, AI workflows, CRM management, and Upwork-based lead generation.
You will be involved in building and improving internal processes that support business development, sales execution, and operational efficiency.
What you will do:
Conduct market, competitor, and lead research
Work with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, and others) to support and automate workflows
Manage CRM system (lead tracking, pipeline updates, data accuracy)
Prepare reports, dashboards, and structured documentation
Support Upwork lead generation, bidding, and outreach processes
Assist with hiring and candidate screening
Improve internal operational workflows and documentation
Support the founder with daily operational tasks
What we expect:
Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar)
Experience with Upwork (lead generation, bidding, sales, recruiting, or account management)
Strong research skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
Strong written and spoken English
Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have:
Understanding of Upwork algorithms, bidding strategies, or freelance marketplaces
Experience with CRM systems
Languages:
English: Intermediate (B1+) or higher — used in daily communication
