Who we are

We’re a fully remote team of 100+ people building and scaling D2C health & wellness brands at speed. Seranova is our flagship — a skincare brand that went from zero to one of the fastest-growing subscription brands in the space. We move fast, make data-driven decisions, and we’re not done yet.

The role

We launched on TikTok Shop and we’re already at $20k/day in GMV. The foundation is there — now we need someone to build the system that takes it to the next order of magnitude.

This is a full ownership role. You’ll take the TikTok Shop channel, the creator program, and the team behind both — and turn it into a machine. Strategy, execution, people, systems — all yours.

What you’ll own

Strategy & roadmap Own the full TikTok Shop roadmap — every lever that drives GMV. Creator acquisition end-to-end: sampling, poaching, retainer creators, agency partnerships. Offer calendar, listing strategy, platform promo enrollment. You set the direction and make sure the team executes against it.

Influencer & creator program Own influencer marketing across TikTok Shop and adjacent platforms — sourcing, negotiations, whitelisting, paid usage rights, performance tracking. Build the content engine that turns creators into consistent posters who actually drive sales.

Systems & infrastructure Build the creator training infrastructure that scales: onboarding flows, weekly training calls, top-creator support. Build the community infrastructure — Discord, WhatsApp tiers — that keeps creators engaged and posting. Build the SOPs so the program runs without bottlenecking on you.

Performance Own weekly GMV targets. Monitor creator output, content performance, and offer performance in real time — kill what isn’t working, double down on what is. Run weekly reviews, surface what’s broken, ship fixes fast.

Team Lead and direct creative strategists, creator managers, community managers, and agencies. Set direction, hold output, develop the team.

Who you are

You have 2+ years running TikTok Shop operations end-to-end — and you have real GMV numbers to show for it. You’ve run influencer programs at scale across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. You’ve led a team and know how to drive output through other people, not just yourself.

You live and breathe TikTok Shop — creator acquisition, content strategy, offer engineering, GMV Max, Spark Ads, Affiliate Center analytics. You’ve worked with tools like TikTok Seller Center, Kalodata, Shopify Collabs, Social Snowball, or similar.

You move fast, you’re detail-oriented, and you’re the kind of person who’s constantly looking for what elite TikTok Shop programs are doing — and pulling the best ideas into your own systems.

And beyond the skills — you genuinely care. The kind of person who thinks about creator performance on a Saturday not because they have to, but because they’re actually excited about building something.
