Team Leadership & Process Discipline
Directly manage, mentor, and evaluate a team of test engineers and technicians, ensuring clear task delegation and highly structured workflows.
Establish and enforce a culture of strict discipline, accountability, and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols across all field activities.
Develop, systematize, and enforce rigorous testing procedures to ensure maximum consistency, safety, and traceability of all operations.
Organize and conduct complex technical training, including repair and maintenance procedures and exercises for operators and technical personnel.

Leadership & Structural Competencies
Proven track record in direct people management, including building, structuring, and leading technical teams in highly dynamic environments.
Demonstrated commitment to procedural compliance, with a strong ability to instill discipline and maintain a highly organized, predictable working environment.
Strong leadership and organizational skills with experience managing teams and coordinating personnel in complex, multitasking environments.
