Establish a structured supply chain planning process and regular Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) in collaboration with Sales and Finance. Implement a replenishment planning process based on demand forecasts, lead times, safety stock, and inventory across all warehouses, including goods in transit and outstanding purchase orders.
Manage inventory allocation and replenishment across markets, Amazon FBA, AWD, and third-party logistics providers (3PL). Reduce regional inventory imbalances, excess and obsolete stock, and stockout risks.
Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, including MCF and FBM. Organize and approve freight and logistics tenders based on comparable commercial terms, control total logistics costs, and diversify freight forwarders and service providers.
Establish controls for import-related risks and documentation. Verify the reliability of service providers, review contractual terms, and ensure all required shipping documents and labeling are ready before dispatch.
Manage relationships with product and service suppliers and 3PL providers. Oversee purchase order tracking, production timelines, and compliance with agreed deadlines and service standards across suppliers, freight forwarders, and warehouses. Review storage, handling, and transportation costs and identify invoice discrepancies.
