Що робити
- Build and lead an independent game studio from the ground up
- Take full ownership of the studio’s P&L, strategy, team formation, and product roadmap
- Drive the end-to-end development and launch of slot games: from concept and team assembly to release and performance tracking
- Hire, onboard, and manage a multidisciplinary team (art, animation, development, QA, etc.), closing key positions as needed
- Set and achieve ambitious KPIs for game quality, studio growth, and financial results
Що очікуємо
- 3+ years of experience in a senior product, studio lead, CPO, or similar leadership role in iGaming (slots), social casino, or game development
- Proven track record of building and scaling teams or studios from scratch (ideally in game development)
- Deep product expertise in slot games: understanding of game design, math, mechanics, and market trends
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, hands-on, and able to independently solve a wide range of challenges
- Experience managing P&L, setting KPIs, and driving for financial and product results
