Що робити

Build and lead an independent game studio from the ground up
Take full ownership of the studio’s P&L, strategy, team formation, and product roadmap
Drive the end-to-end development and launch of slot games: from concept and team assembly to release and performance tracking
Hire, onboard, and manage a multidisciplinary team (art, animation, development, QA, etc.), closing key positions as needed
Set and achieve ambitious KPIs for game quality, studio growth, and financial results

Що очікуємо

3+ years of experience in a senior product, studio lead, CPO, or similar leadership role in iGaming (slots), social casino, or game development
Proven track record of building and scaling teams or studios from scratch (ideally in game development)
Deep product expertise in slot games: understanding of game design, math, mechanics, and market trends
Strong entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, hands-on, and able to independently solve a wide range of challenges
Experience managing P&L, setting KPIs, and driving for financial and product results
