Що робити

Lead the conversion and retention team: priorities, KPIs, performance, and development.
Own the conversion and retention strategy for FX/CFD leads and clients across segments.
Write and update call scripts and SMS / messenger texts for different lead segments, including responses to typical client objections.
Build and optimize multichannel funnels: calls + SMS.
Plan and run A/B tests, interpret the results, and roll out what works.

Що очікуємо

You come from FX/CFD and have led a conversion or retention desk. You know what makes a desk perform: you write scripts and messages that work for different lead segments, handle typical objections, and improve everything through A/B tests rather than guesswork. You have experience in iGaming and are interested in how AI voice and chat tools can lift conversion and retention.
