- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and planning to delivery and continuous improvement.
- Define product vision, objectives, roadmap, and success metrics.
- Analyze business processes, stakeholder needs, and functional requirements to identify effective digital solutions.
- Build, manage, and develop teams of Business Analysts and Project Managers.
- Collaborate with executive leadership, end users, technical teams, and external vendors.
Що очікуємо
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Management, System Analysis, or a related field.
- Experience leading product or project management initiatives.
- Experience defining high-level product requirements and detailed technical specifications.
- Proven experience implementing product management and business analysis processes.
- Experience with ClickUp, Camunda, or similar platforms.
Що пропонуємо
- Additional education or certifications in Product Management, Business Analysis, Public Administration, or SAP.
- Experience participating in SAP implementation projects.
- Experience working with government institutions or large public-sector organizations.
- Experience leading digital transformation initiatives within enterprise environments.
