Що робити

Lead and oversee the accounting and financial reporting of all employee remuneration, including salaries, bonuses, benefits, equity-based compensation, and other reward programs.
Ensure accurate and timely accounting for compensation-related expenses, accruals, payroll taxes, and employee benefit liabilities in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for employee compensation costs.
Ensure payroll and compensation processes comply with local legislation, internal policies, and regulatory requirements across all supported jurisdictions.
Lead and coordinate internal and external payroll and compensation audits, ensuring timely resolution of findings.

Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Payroll
10+ years in finance, accounting or compensation, with significant leadership experience
Strong proficiency in GAAP/IFRS, ERP systems, payroll software, and advanced Excel modeling
Will be plus
ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or MBA is often preferred
