About Respona

Respona is a done-for-you product that helps brands increase their visibility in AI answers and improve their Google rankings by earning authoritative brand mentions and backlinks from top-tier publications. We sit at the intersection of two of the most important shifts in marketing right now: the rise of AI search and the enduring importance of authority in Google. We deliver results without our customers lifting a finger.

We're profitable, growing fast, and on the path to $10M ARR. We're looking for the person who's going to help us get there.

The Role

We're hiring our first Head of Growth Marketing to own demand generation end-to-end and build a scalable, predictable growth engine.

The majority of our customers find us through inbound, and that's our biggest lever. Your top priority will be doubling down on what's working (organic search, AI search visibility, programmatic SEO, and high-intent landing pages) while methodically testing new channels (paid, affiliate, creators, partnerships) to diversify and accelerate growth.

You'll partner closely with our founders, content team, product, and sales to turn growth from a function into a flywheel.

We have a test-and-invest mentality, so it's important for us to continuously experiment with new channels and double down on what's already working.

What You'll Own

Organic & AI visibility (the core of the role)

Develop and execute the SEO strategy that takes us from where we are today to category leadership in organic search

Scale our programmatic and tool-page strategy by building, ranking, and converting hundreds of pages targeting high-intent keywords

Lead the revamp of our website, messaging, and CTAs to lift conversion rates across every page

Build our presence in AI search surfaces (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, etc.) and treat AI visibility as a first-class growth channel

Own technical SEO health, internal linking architecture, content quality, and topical authority

Channel experimentation

Launch and scale paid acquisition on Google, Meta, and other platforms, with clear ROAS targets and disciplined experimentation

Stand up and grow our affiliate program from the ground up

Build out creator and influencer partnerships across LinkedIn creators, podcasters, YouTubers, and newsletter operators in our space

Test additional channels (communities, events, integrations, co-marketing) and double down on what works

Pipeline & revenue impact

Deliver a steady, growing flow of qualified leads to sales, plus a steady, growing flow of high-intent traffic to our site

Build the reporting, attribution, and forecasting infrastructure to make growth predictable

Partner with sales to tighten handoffs, improve lead quality, and shorten time-to-close

Who You Are

T-shaped marketer with deep SEO roots. SEO is your superpower, but you've successfully run multiple other channels and you know how the pieces fit together

Operator, not just a strategist. You've personally built tool pages, written briefs, run experiments, set up GA4 and attribution, briefed agencies, managed paid budgets, and shipped landing pages

Track record of scaling B2B SaaS growth. You've taken a SaaS company from where we are now to $10M+ ARR, or been a key part of a team that did

AI-native. You're already using LLMs to compress your work and you have a real point of view on how AI search is changing how people find software

Data-driven and commercially minded. You think in terms of pipeline, CAC, payback, and ARR, not just traffic and rankings

Comfortable with ambiguity. You'll be the first growth hire and you'll build the playbook, the team, and the systems

Bonus Points

Experience scaling SEO at a SaaS company (especially with tool/free-tool pages)

Experience launching an affiliate or partner program from zero

Existing relationships with LinkedIn creators, podcasters, or newsletter operators in B2B/SaaS/marketing

Hands-on experience with digital PR, link build
