- Lead the team of IT administrators (assign tasks, oversee execution, support team growth)
- Ensure the uninterrupted operation of corporate services and systems for 100+ employees across 14 countries
- Organize and manage IT support for end users
- Manage corporate accounts: Google Workspace, Ringostat, HubSpot, NetSuite
Що очікуємо
- 3+ years of experience in IT operations or system administration
- 2+ years of experience managing an IT team
- Administration-level experience with Linux and Windows
- Strong knowledge of Google Workspace
- Experience working with ERP/CRM systems
Що пропонуємо
- Administration-level knowledge of AWS services
- Experience implementing ITSM systems (Jira Service Management, Freshservice, etc.)
- Certifications: ITIL, AWS Cloud Practitioner, Google Workspace Admin
