Що робити
- Manage team capacity, resource allocation, and establish effective 24/7 on-call rotation processes for incident response.
- Take ownership of the infrastructure budget (FinOps), optimizing cloud costs across AWS, Azure, and Alibaba
- Lead, mentor, and scale a team of DevOps and Site Reliability Engineers
- Define the hiring strategy, interview candidates, and scale the infrastructure team as the business grows.
- Set up, maintain, and ensure the high availability of the global trading infrastructure.
Що очікуємо
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, System Administration, or Infrastructure Engineering in high-load environments.
- 3+ years of proven experience in a leadership role (managing teams of 20+ engineers).
- Solid experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Alibaba Cloud) and understanding of global network routing.
- Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with IaC (Terraform, Ansible) and managing CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) and a desire to drive Cloud-Native transformation.
