We're looking for a Head of HR who is equally comfortable talking business strategy with the C-suite and having a meaningful 1:1 with a people manager who needs support. This is a role for someone who understands that great HR is not about processes for the sake of processes - it's about building an environment where people do their best work and the business grows as a result.
You'll lead the people operations function at True Group, report directly to the HRD, and work as a true partner to C-level and department heads across all our structure. You'll manage the HR team day-to-day while overseeing the development of three COE directions - C&B, L&D, and HR Brand - working closely with the respective managers to ensure each function delivers real business impact.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Design, build and continuously improve HR processes, policies and workflows — creating clarity and structure that helps people do their jobs better
Work cross-functionally with C&B, L&D and HR Brand Managers: align priorities, remove blockers and ensure all three directions move in sync with the broader HR and business strategy
Develop and execute retention strategies grounded in data and people insights — understand why people stay and why they leave, and act on it
Own the end-to-end Performance Review cycle: design the process, ensure quality execution, report results to the CEO and build follow-up development plans that actually move the needle
Ensure HR compliance across all brands: contracts, documentation and internal standards — handled with care and precision
Analyse 1:1, eNPS and Q12 results and turn them into concrete, time-bound action plans — not slides, but real change
Build an HR analytics practice: track key people metrics, identify trends early, and bring data-backed recommendations to C-level
Be a visible and trusted partner for business leaders — translate HR work into business language and influence decisions that affect people across the organisation
Lead, develop and motivate the HR team — set high standards, grow people within the function and build a culture of ownership and accountability
Design and implement a bonus and incentive system for the HR department that reflects performance and drives the right behaviours
WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE
5+ years in HR, with at least 2–3 years leading an HR team
Experience building or transforming HR functions - you know what good looks like and how to get there
Strong cross-functional mindset: comfortable working with C&B, L&D and brand/culture functions simultaneously
Analytically sharp: you use data to make decisions, not just to report
A genuine people person who also understands business - you can hold both at the same time
Proven ability to influence C-level stakeholders and translate HR impact into business outcomes
Experience in fast-growing, multi-brand or distributed environments
Hands-on and execution-focused - ownership is not a buzzword for you, it's how you operate
Familiarity with HRIS systems (PeopleForce or similar)
Upper-Intermediate English (B2+)
iGaming, digital, or tech background is a strong plus
