About the Role
Your role is to transform and elevate our HR function to power the growth beyond 100 and towards 200+. Role will have a high focus on Recruitment function, its automation and use of AI powered technology efficiently.
You will build and lead HR team to cover the talent acquisition needs. You will report directly to the COO and work closely with the CEO. This role is for someone who has built and transformed HR functions before, and knows the playbook.
This role will require full ownership and action from day 1. At Radity we do not build long and detailed plans for months, we identify the most impactful solutions and implement them right away.
What You’ll Do
Own people operations across fully remote and multi-timezone and multi-cultural workforce
Build lean and highly automated recruitment function that can handle up to 10 engineering hires per month in various global markets
Set up recruitment team and ATS, build scalable hiring playbooks
Establish Radity’s employer brand
Improve employees onboarding and engagement
Identify and implement automation opportunities across various HR processes
Own and improve inhouse HRIS together with our engineering team
Evolve the performance management framework
What We’re Looking For
8+ years of experience across various HR functions, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Recruitment experience, preferably in senior roles
Experience in IT services, software development, or nearshore engineering companies — ideally between 100 and 500 people
Proven track record of building or significantly transforming an HR function, not just running an inherited one
Hands-on experience configuring and managing ATS platforms (not just using them — you should be able to build workflows, set up automations, and own the data)
Strong experience with HR process automation: you know which processes should be automated, which tools to use, and how to implement them without an army of consultants
Deep experience managing fully remote, internationally distributed teams across multiple time zones and cultures
Demonstrable ability to hire well: you understand what great engineering talent looks like and how to build pipelines to find it
Strong analytical and data mindset: you use numbers to make decisions, not just report them
Excellent English — C1 or above; you will be operating across Swiss leadership, US clients, and distributed delivery teams
Based in Europe, with strong preference for candidates in Bulgaria, the Balkans, Ukraine, or Portugal
