We’re looking for a senior, hands-on Head of Growth who can take ownership of our acquisition and organic growth engine across multiple markets.
This role combines deep performance marketing expertise with ownership of SEO, AI/LLM visibility, Email Marketing, funnel optimization, and the development of new acquisition channels.
The immediate priority will be strengthening and stabilizing PPC acquisition, while building a broader and more diversified growth system around it.

YOUR IMPACT AREAS
Own the overall Growth direction across paid and organic acquisition.
Strengthen and scale PPC acquisition, with Google Ads as the immediate priority.
Develop Meta and other paid acquisition channels.
Own SEO strategy and organic acquisition.
Develop our approach to AI / LLM visibility, including GEO / AEO and experiments around how pleso appears in ChatGPT, Gemini, and other AI-driven search environments.
Develop Email Marketing as a growth and retention channel.
Improve funnels and conversion across the acquisition journey.
Identify, test, and launch new acquisition channels.
Build structured experimentation processes across Growth and turn successful experiments into repeatable growth engines.
Improve acquisition unit economics and build a Growth system that becomes more scalable, diversified, and predictable over time.
Build clear processes, reporting, and ownership inside the Growth function.
Work closely with Product, Analytics, Development, Creative, and Brand teams to identify and remove growth bottlenecks.
YOUR SUPERPOWER STACK
Strong PPC background with deep practical expertise in Google Ads.
Experience managing and scaling meaningful acquisition budgets.
Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, ROAS, and unit economics.
Ability to diagnose why acquisition performance is deteriorating and build a clear recovery plan.
Strong SEO background, including technical SEO, content, authority, and organic acquisition.
Practical understanding of AI Search, LLM visibility, GEO / AEO, and how AI-driven discovery is changing user behavior.
Experience with Email Marketing and lifecycle communication.
Strong understanding of funnels, conversion optimization, and experimentation.
Experience launching, validating, and scaling new acquisition channels.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into clear decisions.
Experience hiring specialists and building effective teams and processes.
Ability to work independently, challenge existing approaches, and take ownership of results.
Good understanding of Meta Ads and broader paid acquisition will be a plus.
