• You will be responsible for building the system that takes DRCT from:
• customer acquisition → activation → transaction → multi-product adoption → retention → expansion → referral.
• You will work directly with the founders, CEO, Product and Commercial teams and will have significant autonomy to build the Growth function.
• What you’ll do
• Define and own DRCT’s growth strategy — identify our ICP, strongest customer segments, positioning and key growth opportunities.
