Що робити

Lead and coordinate all roles within the function: Copywriters, Proofreaders & Content Reviewers, and Translators.
Develop and implement standards for style, terminology, localization, and legal compliance of written content, including the creation and implementation of TOV.
Coordinate content translation and adaptation processes across different markets, working closely with translators and other specialists.
Optimize and automate content creation and translation processes, implementing tools to improve efficiency, speed, and accuracy.
Ensure high content quality and timely delivery by implementing quality control processes and monitoring task completion.

Experience in developing and implementing global content strategies, establishing Tone of Voice, and managing written content in the iGaming industry.
Experience in strategically managing Copywriting, Proofreading, and/or Localization teams in gambling and marketing.
Deep understanding of localization principles, terminology, and content adaptation to the cultural specifics of different markets.
Ability to work with legal and regulatory requirements when preparing written content.
Experience in developing content quality standards and implementing processes for multi-regional teams.
