We’re looking for a Growth Operator to coordinate the moving parts: agencies, outreach, SEO and AI visibility, research, partnerships and distribution. In other words, keep the growth ducks in a row.
Part-time: ~10 hours/week

What you’ll do:
Coordinate agencies and specialists across outbound, SEO, AI visibility and other growth initiatives
Keep deliverables, deadlines and follow-ups moving
Support LinkedIn and email outreach and maintain the BD pipeline
Research target companies, decision-makers, competitors and market opportunities
Research partnerships, directories, startup ecosystems and platforms such as Y Combinator
Coordinate our presence and distribution across LinkedIn, X and other relevant channels
Turn research and discussions into clear actions
Keep everything structured, documented and measurable
Give us a simple weekly view of what’s moving, what’s working and what’s stuck
What we’re looking for:
A clear track record of similar growth, BD or project-management work
Experience coordinating agencies, freelancers and multiple workstreams
Experience working with US and European markets
Fluent written and spoken English
Excellent organisation, research and project-management skills
Proactive by default — you see the next step and take it
Comfortable with outreach, CRMs, spreadsheets and project-management tools
Confident using ChatGPT and other AI tools
Curious about technology, startups and how businesses grow
You don’t need to be the SEO, outbound or AI optimization expert. We’ll bring in specialists where we need them.
Your job is to make sure the whole thing actually moves.
