Що робити

Manage key credit portfolio metrics: DPD, Default Rate, Delinquency Rate, NPL, Approval Rate, Cost of Risk, and portfolio profitability.
Develop lending rules and scoring logic: formulate hypotheses, run tests, adjust approval criteria and credit limits.
Lead the Risk Analytics team: assign tasks, monitor the quality of analysts’ work, and develop the team.
Work hands-on with data using PostgreSQL / SQL: build data sets, analyze customer segments, and validate hypotheses.
Prepare technical specifications for the IT team for implementing new risk rules and process changes, and control the accuracy of implementation.

Proven experience in a leadership role in Risk Management / Risk Analytics.
Mandatory experience in microfinance, online lending, or banking.
Strong SQL skills and practical experience working with relational databases.
Advanced Google Sheets and Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
Strong understanding of credit product economics and the factors affecting profitability and risk.

Salary: $3,000–3,500
